Hamburgueria Joe & Leo’s creates special menu
for 2013 edition of Restaurant Week Campinas
Traditional gastronomy event held between February 25 and March 17
Leo & Joe’s Family Restaurant – Entry Waters of Parque Dom Pedro Shopping – will attend the Restaurant Week Summer 2013, gastronomic event that brings together the best restaurants in Campinas. This year the festival will take place between February 25 and March 3 – exclusively for customers of cards Mastercard Platinum and Black – and the 4th to March 17 open to the public. During the two weeks, the house will offer special menus with different options for lunch and dinner, each consisting of a starter, main course and dessert, with prices from only £ 34.90 (lunch) and R $ 47.90 ( dinner).
The menu, specially prepared by hamburger for Summer Restaurant Week, offering lunch and dinner two input options: Caesar salad (iceberg lettuce and Roman alicci-based sauce, croutons and parmesan shavings) and Crusty Garlic Pizza ( thin crust artisan roasted in olive oil with roasted garlic).
As a main course, guests of Joe & Leo’s Campinas may elect, at lunchtime, the tasty Tuscan Grill, with one meter Tuscan sausage with spicy sauce cheedar, grilled and accompanied on the plate with onions and fries soutee. Another option is the steak Pasta, traditional penne gorgonzola sauce and slivers of filet mignon.
To the menu of the evening, the options will be the BBQ Steak (300 grams of baby beef juicy and lean, with a thin crust of herbs passed to the oven and served with select vegetables and onion rings) or the Canadiens Pasta (Fettuccine in white sauce with leeks and dill, along with slivers of grilled salmon.
And close to lunch or dinner, there will be two options for dessert. The novelty will be the responsibility of the Strawberry Waffle, Waffel made with strawberry syrup and artisan hot chocolate, created especially for Restaurant Week. Another option is the traditional Rock’n Ball, the traditional roulade with chocolate fudge and vanilla ice cream and hot fudge.
According to director Joe & Leo’s in Campinas, Carlos Americo Louredo, is expected to increase by 10% the sales of hamburger during the two weeks of Restaurant Week Summer Edition “Last year we got to record an increase of 10 %. Consuming food away from home is no longer a luxury and became a habit. Today 42% of Brazilians eat out, there was an increase in purchasing power, “he says.
